This policy explains what SpeedPuls ("we", "us") collects when you use speedpuls.com and how it is used. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the speed test.
What we collect
- Test data: measured speeds, latency, the server used and a timestamp, so we can monitor service quality.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and approximate network location, processed to select a server and to protect the service from abuse.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by e-mail.
Stored in your browser
Your recent test history and language choice are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us, and you can remove them by clearing site data.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated statistics to understand traffic levels.
Retention
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and for our records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To make a request, write to privacy@speedpuls.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
